Ingredients

Sugar

Packed Brown Sugar

Evaporated Milk
Instructions
- Butter sides of a 2 qt. saucepan.
- Combine above ingredients and cook over medium high heat. Stir constantly. Avoid splashing liquid on pan.
- Clip candy thermometer to pan on medium to 234 degrees.
- Mix should boil and meet soft stage in 18 to 20 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat.
